No, meals are never a requirement. Whether you are doing a full park day, a casual lunch, or a themed dining experience, providing or paying for food for your nanny is entirely up to your personal preference.

Booking & PaymentYour reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and you have received confirmation from Park Day Nannies.Reservations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date require payment in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Any credit or rescheduling accommodation is not guaranteed and is subject to nanny availability.No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.Special events, separately ticketed experiences, promotional packages, and other specialty reservations may have additional cancellation requirements disclosed at the time of booking.If Park Day Nannies must cancel a confirmed reservation and cannot provide a suitable replacement nanny, the client will receive a refund for the affected childcare services.No-ShowsIf a family does not arrive or cannot be contacted at the agreed meeting location and time, the nanny will make reasonable attempts to contact the family.Reserved time lost because of a client’s late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.No-shows are non-refundable.Illness & SafetyFamilies must notify Park Day Nannies if a child is experiencing a contagious illness or other condition that could reasonably affect the health or safety of the nanny, child, or others.Park Day Nannies reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when circumstances present an unreasonable health or safety concern.The health and safety of our nannies and other families is our top priority. If your child is sick, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule. Because our nannies reserve their time exclusively for your family, all bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled service date. However, we will gladly hold your fee as a credit for a future trip!EmergenciesIn an emergency, the nanny will take reasonable steps to protect the child and contact the parent or guardian.If the parent or guardian cannot be reached and immediate assistance is necessary, the nanny may contact emergency services or appropriate theme park, resort, hotel, security, or medical personnel.Ending Service EarlyIf a family chooses to end a reservation earlier than the scheduled end time, unused booked time is non-refundable.Your nanny has reserved that time specifically for your family.Acceptance of PoliciesBy paying a Park Day Nannies invoice or completing a reservation, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, overtime, and service policies.Park Day Nannies LLC
